Our BRAZOSWOOD AQUATICS Athletic Teams include: Swimming, Diving, & Water Polo

Welcome to the fun and fast paced world of our Brazoswood Aquatics Programs. The Brazoswood Aquatics Booster Club provides the following explanations so that you can be “in the know” and keep up with life during the 2023-2024 school year.

THE BOOSTER CLUB is a non-iprofit organization that exists to support the aquatics program, coaches, and their activities. The duties of the booster club include the following:

• Financial support
• Promote the program throughout the school and community
• Promote team bonding through social events
• Encourage and recognize the students for swim/dive/water polo performance
• Budget support for the program and capital expenses
• Assist in any way to improve the BISD aquatic facilities

BOOSTER CLUB MEETINGS are typically held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month, from the months of August to June at 7:00 PM. Meetings are approximately one hour. Attending booster club meetings is the best way to stay informed and contribute to the team’s activities.  At the August Meeting you will:

• Be introduced to and hear reports from coaches and booster club officers
• Be able to purchase booster club shirts, and window decals
• Sign up for other volunteer opportunities
• Receive answers to your questions

WATER POLO SEASON

Water Polo Schedule: There are many games/tournaments beginning in early August  and continuing through late October. Early season games are typically loaded with Tournament games. Both District games and Non-District games are scheduled during the week and occasional double Headers on Saturday after tournament season ends. The UIL Playoffs will begin in early to mid October and conclude the last weekend of October with the State Championships.
